Free Website Analysis

Before we start any website / website design project, we perform a Website Analysis of your existing presence (if you have one) to determine what is need to help you achieve your goal on the Internet.

During this process (typically 72 hours), we check the following:

  • URL / Web Address – Your URL / Web address can have a direct effect on search results rendered when searching online. Your URL should reflect who you are and what type of content your visitor can expect to find.
  • Basic Page Content / Relevancy – A very common mistake is mixing content in an attempt to squeeze as much content as possible onto one page. We will compare the content of your pages against the page title and what the page title would indicate could be found on that page.
  • Contact Information – Placement of contact information is critical for clients being about to get in touch with you, with it is by phone or by e-mail. This information is crucial to your clients.
  • Website Navigation – Navigation should be easy for all visitors to your website. Visitors want information quickly and as easily as possible, if not you risk losing your visitor.
  • Usage of Graphical Elements / Flash / Images and Multimedia – Graphical elements such as images, flash and / or multimedia (movies or sound) should only be used when the content of the site require it or is relevant. This is an extremely important part of a website as it could affect how long it takes to load your website. A common goal is to load your website in less than 6 seconds.
  • Meta Tags / Page Descriptions – Do you wonder why your website does not appear when you search for it in Google or other Search Engines? Search Engines depend on data that is found inside the website pages called Meta Tag / Meta Tag Description. This information is placed at the top of the file and normally is configured with common information that applies to the page it appears on. Having this information populated is critical for search engine visibility.
  • Promotional Content – If you currently offer any type of promotions, they will be checked to ensure that placement is in the optimal place for visitors.
  • Search Engines (4 Search Engines are used)* - We will search for your site, using your Meta Tag / Meta Tag Description data found from your site to see if the website has been optimized for search engines. This is an extremely important process and should always be top priority when maintaining a website.
