What criteria do you use during your free Analysis?

  • URL, web address:

Your URL or web address can have a direct effect on search results, your URL should reflect who you are what type of content your visitor can expect to find.

An example of this would be “www.journeytodiscovery.org” This web address not only tells you what the name of the company is but also what content you can expect to find at this site.

  • Basic page content, Relevancy:

A very common mistake is mixing content in an attempt to squeeze as much content as possible onto one page, I will compare the content on your pages against the page title and what the page title would indicate could be found on that page.

This is very important to search engines.

  • Contact information:

Placement of contact information is critical for conversion.

Turning a visitor into a client or customer.

  • Website Navigation:

Navigation should be easy for your visitors to get to the information they want as quickly and easily as possible, if it’s not you risk loosing your visitor.

Crucial for conversion.

  • Usage of graphical elements, flash, images and multimedia:

Graphical elements such as images, flash and multimedia “movies or sound” should only be used when the content of the site would require it or relevant.

This is important for page load times.

  • Check meta tags and page descriptions:

Meta tags and page descriptions are critical to search engine visibility.

  • Promotional content:

Promotional content if any will be checked for placement.

Crucial for conversion.
